Terms & Conditions of 77tbajee

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 77tbajee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through 77tbajee, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on 77tbajee, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting (including cricket betting), fishing games such as Pirate Fishing and Big Hammer, slot games, and any promotional or bonus offers published on the platform. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall be the authoritative version for all purposes, including any dispute resolution. References to amounts in BDT use the ৳ symbol.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of 77tbajee is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are not permitted to register or use any service on 77tbajee under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law for you personally.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 77tbajee or had an account terminated for a breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services on 77tbajee — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must first complete the registration process and have your account approved. Registration is free of charge.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Bangladeshi national identity document, a valid email address, a valid mobile number (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or Airtel), your date of birth, and your preferred payment method details. You must not use a fictitious name, another person's identity, or misleading contact information.

3.2 One Account Per Player

If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited. 3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in your withdrawal being delayed or your account being suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

77tbajee supports a range of local and international payment methods specifically selected for the convenience of players in Bangladesh. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with no hidden conversion fees applied by the platform.

4.2 Deposit Rules

4.4 Transaction Disputes

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

77tbajee offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this section, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds credited to your 77tbajee account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, after which unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from your account.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

77tbajee operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts; placing low-risk bets (such as betting on both sides of the same event) to artificially fulfil wagering requirements; using VPN services to claim region-specific offers; and creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended, bonus funds will be forfeited, and any winnings generated from such activity will be voided.

5.3 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus available to new players on 77tbajee is a one-time offer available upon first deposit. Full terms including the minimum qualifying deposit, wagering multiple, eligible games, and expiry date are published on the promotions page and are subject to change. The welcome bonus is available to players registering from Bangladesh only and may not be claimed in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly permitted.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

77tbajee periodically runs promotional campaigns aligned with significant events in the Bangladesh calendar, including BPL cricket season, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Independence Day (March 26). 6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using 77tbajee, you agree to act at all times in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner, including for the purposes of placing bets, harvesting data, or circumventing security measures.
• Exploiting any error, bug, or misconfiguration in the platform's software or odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error may be voided.
• Using the platform for any activity that may constitute money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software running on 77tbajee.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward other players or 77tbajee staff members.
• Circumventing geo-restrictions or account suspensions using VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tools.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing any third party to operate your account, whether for commercial gain or otherwise.

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all account balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant Bangladeshi authorities where required by law. 77tbajee cooperates fully with any legal investigation relating to fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on 77tbajee — including but not limited to the 77tbajee brand name and logo, website design, interface layout, graphics, text, game thumbnails, marketing materials, and software — is the intellectual property of 77tbajee or its licensed content providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use 77tbajee for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the platform; create derivative works based on platform content; use the 77tbajee brand name or logo in any context without prior written permission; or scrape, frame, or mirror any portion of the website.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your 77tbajee account at any time by contacting our support team at support@77tbajee. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to standard KYC requirements. Once an account has been closed voluntarily, any remaining balance will be refunded to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

8.2 Suspension or Termination by 77tbajee

77tbajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Reasonable suspicion that an account is being operated by a third party or bot.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, 77tbajee may withhold any balance held in that account pending investigation. If the breach involves fraud or illegal activity, the entire balance may be forfeited.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period directly from their account dashboard. Self-exclusion options range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. 9. Limitation of Liability

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted, and error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will always be available, that it will be free of technical errors or interruptions, or that any particular game result will be achieved.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77tbajee shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, winnings, or gaming opportunities resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or telecommunications outages beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 77tbajee platform.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any incorrect information provided by you during registration or KYC verification that results in financial loss or account action.
• Any delay in processing withdrawals caused by incomplete KYC documentation or third-party payment processing delays outside 77tbajee's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. This limitation of liability section applies equally to 77tbajee's directors, employees, affiliates, game providers, and technology partners.

10. Amendments to These Terms

77tbajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — meaning changes that meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a player — will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the 77tbajee homepage at least 7 days before the change takes effect, where operationally possible.

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to comply with changes in applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of 77tbajee after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support@77tbajee to close your account.
